NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course $150

The NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course introduces students to the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a rifle safely. You will learn rules for safe rifle handling; rifle parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; and continued opportunities for skill development. The course is a beginner course and designed to provide the novice student with greater confidence in handling firearms.

COST: $150 includes range fees and all materials.

CLASS LENGHT: 9 hours including a one-hour break for lunch.

Rifle: If you own a rifle, please bring it. If not, one will be provided for use during the range time. Your rifle must be in good working order.
Ammo: 50 cartridges minimum required. PLEASE LEAVE AMMO IN CAR IT CAN NOT COME INTO THE CLASSROOM.
Protection: Prescription glasses, sun or shooting glasses are required, along with hearing protection.
