NRA Basic Pistol $150
The Basics of Pistol Shooting Course teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely. You should expect both classroom and range time, learning to shoot revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. You will learn rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from the bench rest and two-handed standing positions; cleaning the pistol and continued opportunities for skill development.
The course is a beginner course and designed to provide the novice student with greater confidence in handling firearms. It is recommended to be taken prior to a NV CCW Course or a Personal Protection Course.
COST: $150 includes range fees and all materials.
CLASS LENGHT: 8 hours including a one-hour break for lunch.

WHAT TO BRING:
Firearm: Any caliber double-action revolver or single action/double-action semi-auto pistol. AR-15 type pistols are not allowed in class. Your gun must be in good working order. If you do not own a gun, one will be provided at no charge (please just let me know).
Ammo: 60-80 rounds is required. PLEASE LEAVE AMMO IN CAR IT CAN NOT COME INTO THE CLASSROOM.
Protection: Prescription glasses, sun or shooting glasses are required, along with hearing protection. I have extra glasses and hearing protection, so please let – me know if you need to borrow some.
